I created Alma Sol Retreats as a space where women can reconnect with what truly supports their wellbeing—through nature, nourishment, and meaningful experiences.

My journey into this work began in nutrition intervention research, where I saw firsthand how deeply our health is shaped not just by what we eat, but by our environment and daily habits. That experience led me to pursue my Master’s degree and continue my path as a dietetics student, deepening my understanding of how to support lasting, evidence-based change. I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition Interventions, Communication, and Behavior Change from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University — a program known for its integrative and evidence-based approach to human health.

Through Alma Sol, my intention is to serve as a bridge between modern life and the natural world. I create spaces where women can step away from the noise, reconnect with their bodies, and begin to understand how closely our health is tied to the way we live, eat, and relate to our environment.

Everything I offer—whether through retreats, coaching, or experiences—is designed to bring you back to the foundations of wellbeing: nourishing food, movement, rest, connection, and self-trust. Not as a quick reset, but as something you can carry with you into everyday life.

Alma Sol Retreats was created from a simple belief:

Founded by nutritionist Isabella Ramirez, Alma Sol is a wellness platform that brings together immersive retreats and personalized 1:1 coaching experiences. Through her health coaching programs, Isabella works closely with individuals to support lasting, sustainable changes rooted in nourishment, lifestyle, and a deeper connection to self.

At its core, Alma Sol blends holistic wellness practices with immersive nature experiences—from jungle adventures to nutrition and herbalism workshops, nourishing meals, and mindful rituals. Each retreat is thoughtfully designed to create the space for transformation, where guests reconnect with their bodies, their intuition, and the natural world.
